For me I'm agree with them to their answers of your question and to protect of our private part of the body and I'm female and I'm really conscious for being a hygeine and the question is why did you show of your own question about an underwear and you should to be aware on it.

Wearing an underwear is depend on you...if you are not comfortable with wearing that why you should?...But in the era of ours most of people wearing underwear because of taking care of their selves, it serves as a protection from dust & other small things that may effect in their body.

I wonder too. Humans weren't even meant to wear clothes-- in a temperate environment we don't need them because they do nothing. Huh.
PS-- I'm a woman and we don't need them for "health reasons" any more than a man would lol.

I think it is comfy to wear underwear, especially if you are in tough fabric like jeans.
