Elderberries,Damsons,Raspberries,Blackcurrants..I have even made potato wine=very strong,also parsnip very strong have you tried brown bread as-well.And i am not joking with any of these as i have my uncles recipe book what he used to make in the 1940s so if you want any more ideas,let me know.

You can make wine out of virtually anything. Even no fruit at all. Wont have any taste but you can make alcohol with just sugar and water and yeast. Never tried it, though.
I personally like sweeter wines but learning to drink the drier ones. I usually make most of my wine from juices provided by companies like EC Kraus and Bierhaus International.
Now that you are doing this, once you share it, you'll find yourself with plenty of takers and might as well go into it as if it was a business. I've given away about 30 bottles so far this season and haven't had one for myself yet. I only make about 100 bottles a year so I gotta back off if I want any for winter.

honestly, you can make wine out of any fruit. I've had home-made versions of grape, berry , apple, pear, grapefruit,mango,dandelion,peach and apricot. All of them fairly tasty, but I don't think they'll make it onto any restaurant wine list.
