The original Sabbath in the Old Testament was from Friday evening until Saturday. This continued until the Advent of Christ who did away with the need for the ceremonial Law through His own sacrifice. Paul taught that any day is fine for worship; in fact the early Christians chose Sunday, primarily to commemorate the Resurrection which also occurred on a Sunday. Since then, the Church has worshiped on Sundays, however, many congregations hold their services on other days as well. Quite common are Monday, Wednesday, or Saturday evenings. This is to accommodate those who cannot (or choose not to) worship on Sunday.

The way we was taught its everyday and did not have to be in a church. "where two or three are gathered in my name, there I am with them" So I would take that to mean you can worship on the street corner or in a barn yard. Interesting question

It's not so much about a day, as it is about living your life in worship. Saturday? Sunday? Who cares? Worship Him every day!

All days are days of worship. The Sabbath is Saturday and this represents the coming of our lord and he has returned and is fulfilled, We who have accepted the atonement are not under law but by faith are in agreement with God's law and free to worship in spirit and truth.

It is Saturday the seventh day of the week. There is not one text in the Bible that changes the day from Saturday to Sunday.
