the past week I cant seem to get to sleep and when I finally do I wake up ALOT. Like tonight...its 4:13 in the morning, went to bed at 11:00 pm and i've only been able to get around 2 hours of sleep. I dont see how it could be stress, i have nothing really to worry about..I'm just getting so frustrated with this all i want to do is fall asleep. Is it time to call the doctor? i dont want to have to take pills

and yes i have enough activity in the day to use energy, i run in the mornings and have a job that requires alot of physical activity

Well it sounds like your properbly thinking about too much when you are going to sleep. You are getting stressed about not sleeping so this could be making the situation worse. Before you go to bed try and have a hot bath with some herbal remidies in them. Try not to think about sleeping or pills try this and maybe have hot mmilk before bed, Hope it works but don't get workjed up about not sleeping as this will make it worse. X:D

NO, understanding that early would not impact your snoozing. Maybe you must determine proper earlier than or after dinner relying how past due you devour. Not an hour prior then whilst you'd pass to mattress. Try to not believe alot earlier than you go to sleep or learn a problematic booklet. Try studying a soothing booklet in a dim gentle earlier than you pass to mattress.Um, I'm now not rather definite. Maybe like a sizzling bathe. The hot water constantly makes me worn out. If this hindrance maintains going down you must probally inform your father and mother or touch your physician.

Are you sure your doing enough in the day to exert yourself? If your not doing enough to use up your energy then of course your going to have issues sleeping- be sure that your doing enough in your day.
Workout! That always helps burn my energy and unlike most it puts me to sleep!

lower caffiene and sugar intake, i had the same problem, i changed what i ate and drank, now i sleep 8-9 hours a night

You should see a doctor.
Try getting out of bed after a short time when you cannot sleep. Do not eat a heavy meal shortly before bed. Overweight may be causing the problem
