I dreamed that I was in a classroom with a rat, it (He?) was facing backwards, I was facing the chalkboard. It was speaking to me in tongues, and I was refusing to respond to it back in toungues. I tried to speak to it in English, to tell it to leave me alone, but when I spoke I spoke in tongues. It (or me ) was spitting so much that in my dream I felt wet. I woke up scared to death and honestly wanting to call my mom, who is out of town. What does this mean?

Classroom represents a place of instruction where you are learning something whether it is at a job, shcool, or church and so on. I assume that when you say the rat was speaking in tongues you mean the biblical tongues? Your dream seems to point out that there is someone you know (who is represented by the rat) who is trying to connect to you and make you believe he is a believer. The rat pointed backwards represents being pointed in the wrong direction and not paying attention to instruction. Moreover, by being a rat, it represents this person's moral character which is similar to a rat. I don't have all the information I need. Did the tongues the rat speak in, was it from God or just babbling. If it was from God, then God could be showing you someone you know who is headed in the wrong direction and is a backslider who you need to pray and intercede for.

I am Not an expert on the subject but it feels that you are having problems with someone in class (the rat) that are getting further 'expanded' as your mom is out of town creating security issues.

I think some one you look up to and think is honest is going to let you down .You will find out that what this person has said is not correct (lies or tryed to manipulate you )
I think you will talk to them but they turn their back on you .
