im just asking cause im 17 but I failed my driving test twice when I was 16 but I was too busy this summer to try and take my test but now I dont really care any more so I just drive without my license and I wanted to know what would happend if I dont stop for the cops

I just turn 17 july 20th so im not an adult and the car wouldnt be stolen cause it would be my moms car and if the cops pull me over I allready dont have my licensce so I should just run or just not stop

Depends on where you live. In Florida your car (this case your moms) will be seized, if you can be identifed or when you are caught you will lose your license, and if your mom doesn't owe anything on the car the police can forfiet it (means take the car away forever because it was used in the commission of a felony). Plus you go to jail for a few months to several years, fines, court costs, and tow costs on the vehicle. And for the car being towed...if they can identify your car later while it is sitting in the driveway it can be towed for being used to flee and elude. Really not worth it. Just get your license.

Yea that's a great idea, just run. so when the cops run the plates on the car and it comes back to your mom. they can just meet you at your house and arrest you.
And then i hope that you don't feel like getting your license till your 21 because that is how long it will probably be suspended for

I hope nobody else's sister, mother, best friend, cousin, neice, dad, grandpa or grandma gets hit and killed in that "police chase" you plan on doing. It happens everyday. I know you are just a kid, but you got to think more than that. How sad would you be if a kid hit and killed your mom because they decided to run? Every action has a response, and that is a negative action so negative response.

umm that is ummm resistin arrest so that is a charge nd if anybody gets hurt thats a charge if the car is stolen that is a charge drivin wid out a liceance that is a charge so yur lookin at mayb 2 yrs. mayb longer nd probation i dont think yu shuld do i had a friend do that before not werth it!!....but that onli happens if yu get caught tho!
