Hot in August? That's unheard of. I've heard the term "Dogdays of August" for the first time in my life the other day. That must be proof global warming is man made........

hmmmm if it is here and hap penning it is due to in part your over use of hydro power, fossil fuel etc. Yes yours too, wait that can't be right the same person that says global warming is a reality is still causing it? Well my opinion global warming could be part of the planets cycle. Hard to know based on what I've heard. According to scientist the last world wide flood was caused by the melting of the polar ice cap no?
maybe im wrong

there is an overpowering quantity of evidence despite the fact that it seems which you're unwilling to settle for it despite the source. I agree that ClimateCrisis and boards are actually not the wonderful source of strategies yet Wikipedia cites all statements such as finished references and hyperlinks to components so it extremely is person-friendly to substantiate statements for your self. Likewise, the BBC cites it extremely is components and on all newspages contains hyperlinks to all components suggested interior the report. in case you like to 'shrink out the intermediary' and circulate directly to the components then circulate to the NASA or eu area employer web content, the Royal Scoiety, The Met place of work, the U. S. Geological Survey, the NOAA, the IPCC or everyone of possibly 10,000 companies. -------------- to place your statements into context - GW is the effect of the greenhouse effect, the in many cases happening greenhouse gases are carbon dioxide, methane and nitrous oxide. Chloroflourocarbons have been banned and exist interior the ambience in tiny quantities, they are extremely efficient as warming brokers yet dichlorodiflouromethane is the only one contributing critically to GW (0.9% contribution). no person who is conscious international warming is asserting we are all going to die. some outcomes of GW are scientifically shown, some are yet to be shown, some are predictions that could or won't be shown with the passage of time.

Global warming is a contributor and one of the more easily measure effects of global warming is the trend in increasing temperatures.

However, the changes are small, form one year to the next they're almost imperceptible. It's fair to say that global warming has a role to play in your extra hot weather but there will be other factors as well. Remove the element of global warming and it would still be hot, just not quite so much.

Why is GW here? - Put simply it's because we're releasing into the atmosphere more greenhouse gases than nature can handle. These gases have an unusual property in that they prevent heat escaping from our atmosphere into space, the more greenhouse gases there are in the atmosphere the warmer the planet becomes.

Global Warming isn't a much about weather, but what it predicts is that wet areas will get wetter, and dry areas will get drier. Desert areas will expand. Areas that get rainfall will get more. Our current weather is consistent with that, but 5 years from now, it'll be hard for anyone to argue. If we acted now to turn things around, it would be a very slow response by the climate.

It is called summer. It gets hot in the summer. Has for years. Check the temps in your area from 50 years ago and compare them to todays. Earth is billions of years old. Its pretty silly to think we have destroyed it in the past 25 years. Arrogant really.

The temperature is hotter then usual, due to global warming. One can't say what specific effect this has on an area without looking closer at the dynamics there. On average, summers are hotter. :)

I live in England and we've had nothing but rain, rain and more rain! The truth is that the world is warming, but that doesn't just mean we'll all have hotter summers. It'll mean more eratic weather conditions; flood, storms, typhoons etc etc. The whole climate of out planet is slowly changing and it's improtant to start doing somehting about it.
