How long has this been going on? If he doesn't approach you eventually, and start up a conversation, then he is just admiring you from a distance. Sometimes that happens. You should keep doing whatever it is that you do and stay natural. Don't suddenly "change" in any way. If and when he should approach you, just smile and if he says something funny, a joke, or whatever, giggle at his comment. Whatever you do, don't become the aggressor, that's his department. Let him pursue you, you follow. All you have to do is be sweet, charming and feminine. Smile and be e-a-s-y to be with, a little hard to get, and a little mysterious.

You can't be too sure. It's usually a good sign of it, but you'll need to find out for yourself. DON'T ask him "do you like me?" The best way to find is get a friend to do some sussing for you, this way it will be a lot less awkward plus you'll likely find out the truth.

Hmmm, one time i thought that a girl was into me (shed stare) but she wasn't. You have to test him. Talk to him and get a feeling from his reactions and conversation. You never know when it comes to just starring.
