they do sell photoshop at walmart. but if you are talking about adobe photoshop. well walmart doesn't carry that. for something like that you would need to go to a computer store.

Walmart.com- definitely yes.
Wal-mart retail stores? Well, you'd have to get lucky to find a copy.
They carry plenty of Photoshop Elements, the $75 sibling of Photoshop. But the full-blown $650 CS3 professional package isn't something they'd sell often (let alone the $950 extended version) given their low-price business model. It just doesn't make sense to waste much shelf space on stuff like that. So they order a few copies and only re-order when those sell.

I bought Corel Photo Shop 8 from them.

You can buy and download it direct from adobe, other than that go to CompUSA or BestBuy.
