There is no real miracle drug, or diet that will do it.
But it has been proven that exercise will help you lose weight since you are burning through the fat, which is storing energy and sugars.
And plus, if you're too lazy to get off the couch, or away from the PC or other Electronic things, why even bother? There's no point since the minute you stop the diet, or the drug, you will gain the weight again.
But i you truly wish to try with out exercise, change your food plan. Less snacks and sugary things, less meat, more veggies and fruits.
Eggs and salad are a good choice
And soda you might want ot aviod as well.

bullshit what everyone else is saying! they are ignorant. you can lose weight just by portion control and eating more often. instead of the usual three meals a day try 6 meals a day with portion control. your body can only use so much food at one time so if you cut down on the amount you eat but eat more often your body can use the nutrients its gets with out storing the excess. high protein lower fat. while the working out will help with faster results don't believe the fools who tell you that you have to workout to lose weight. you have to find out what works best for your body chemistry and then make adjustments to lose the weight. Ive seen people weigh there food! I've seen people do all kinds of stuff to lose weight but ultimately its up to you and what works best for you. hope this helps.

Walking alot is the best exercise that doesn,t feel like exercise and eat less fattening things.I had a job that required walking all day on the job(lots of square footage to cover).I couldn,t keep the weight on and I ate like a horse.

Fasting will get you to lose weight but when you start eating again you will gain it all back...Exercise and Diet is the only good way to lose weight.

While exercise is actually necessary for true health, there are a number of things that can assist you in losing weight.
Drinking lots of water might be one of the things that would help. Understanding how your body works and what your barriers to losing are.

In all truth and honesty, you *need* to work out. Even if it is simple sit-up's, walking, everyone has to work out in order to lose the weight they need. The people who say otherwise are most likely on a fad diet, and lying. *shrug*
