Do not eat processed foods. Eat natural foods such as chicken skin removed and fish, fresh fruit and vegetables. Cut back on bread especially white. Prepare your meals ahead. Eat every three hours. See a nutritionist.

One thing that will help you lose weight: diet pills. I was one of those who did not believe in them until I tried it. And I tried a few. The best product I found on the market is made with pure hoodia and it works great! You can go to
http://www.think-fit.info and order you free trial, also you only pay 4.95$ shipping and handling. Good luck!

Try to get very active this month, keep your body moving with activities you enjoy. When you are not active, this is when the amount of food you eat,out weighs the amount of fat you burn. So, try to move more than you eat.

you need to do lots of cardio
thats the best way to effectively burn fat.
but your a guy, so your probably not going to fast...
so yeah like running, swimming, cycling...any cardio will do it..
but you have to be patient, eat healthy, and don't expect results overnight.
