Eyes closed, mouth ajar, head bobbing slightly but swiftly from left to right, brow cornered in. This state is often accompanied with silent but visible mutterings of "Yes" and heavy breathing.

Found in moments of supposed significance and held for periods of time extending anywhere from 20 seconds to 10 minutes, give or take, what does such a motion suggest?
