Yes you could be arrested. If they cop wanted to really be an a**hole, you could be charged with assault on a peace officer, which in most states is a felony. However most likely you would only be given a citation for littering. If you was charged with assault though, any good defense attorney could probably get it down to lesser charge, most likely of littering, which is a non-jailable misdameanor, which means nothing more than a fine. I wouldn't recommend doing it though to find out.

Lmao. This is by far one of the funniest questions I've came across. As for the answer...yeah, I'm gonna say yes you can for the simple reason cops can arrest you for anything now a days.

Yes. In the state of florida it is considered Battery on a LEO if you hit the police officer, and it is attempted battery if you don't. Either way it is a felony!
