U seem to be ok.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%.

Chew each morsel at least 32 times. Do not touch articles of food or the cutlery in between. This will activate ur body to generate strong signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks (minimum 20 min duration) regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry. It is however to be noted that one cannot change the shape or size of different parts of the body.

Here's a tip...Model thin doesn't exist, it's air brushed. Women who are model thin either starve theirselves or throw up their food. (with the exception of the very small amount of people with super-skinny genes). In reality, men want a woman that looks healthy, no anorexic. Curves are good! As far as toning up, and loving what you were born with, that's great! walking is the best thing you can do for your legs! good luck, and don't be unrealistic in your quest for the "model-thin" body!

you are 5' 6" and 56kgs, near ideal weight, why do you want to look like twiggy, be happy with what you have, plum thighs are considered sexy and attractive!!!!!!!!!!! relax and don't bother loosing those kilos or you will loose them from where you don't want and the thighs will remain same or worse the loss may be transferred to your thighs!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you don't get them from exercise, then its either genetics or undereating/starvation. I know that's not what you want to hear, but it's the truth.
