When u tell a guy u like him....... u have put ur self in the position of the aggressor. U are a desperate girl in hot pursuit of a male. Guys prefer to be the aggressor; that's the way God made them. Don't u understand that hon? He is suppose to be the aggressor and ur to follow. Once u understand and accept that as a fact and decide to make the best of it and stop struggling to be the aggressor, things will get better for u. Make ur self as attractive as u possibly can, guys always notice ur appearance and will turn away from u if u don't measure up. So, do u look like a contender in a beauty pageant?? Let him be himself. U can take lessons on cultivating alluring, feminine charms.

Sorry babe chances are he was caught off guard by the question and isnt interested.
Or it could be nervousness especially if he is young or has had very bad relationship problems.
If you dont talk with him much and he just looks really good or is popular he might assume you are just one of his many fangirls.

Theres a few different reasons:
1. They are nervous
2. They are scared to tell their feelings for you
3. They dont like you in the same way and actually dont know what to say
Just make small conversation and ask if he wants to hang out sometime.. he'll soon come around if he feels the same..
