I had a vasectomy when I was 21, because I don’t want kids. I only date women that feel the same way. Most of them are “fixed” as well.
On top of that I still use condoms even though I had a vasectomy.
The men that won’t get vasectomies are just egotistical jerks.

1. Some people just don't want them, just like some people just refuse to eat coconut. It's just one of those things. There are women who don't want kids too.
2. He probably won't get her pregnant as long as he makes sure to use birthcontrol properly.
3. Who said he'd split? That's a big assumption on your part.
4. He probably refused to get fixed because it is surgery and it costs money. Plus, most doctors will not "fix" a guy by the same rules as "fixing a woman". They have to be past a certain age and/or already have a certain number of children.

I disagree... I lived with a single mother for five years and helped her raise two little girls from infancy to Kindergarten.
I am not with them now, but I still miss them very much, and I guess those two girls must be in their mid 20's by now.
I considered the experience a blessing, proof that I did my part in raising two humans up in the world.
I would jump on another experience like it in an instance. And, if I could go back to where I left off, in the old experience, I would.... Hardly anybody, "doesn't want" kids, But a healthy excuse might be that kids, to men, are always something, 'down the road a spell', instead of something staring at them in the face, like for women.
Women are naturally better at facing up to the reality of kids, because it is they who bear kids, as part of living.
A man, without a girlfriend, would not even consider having kids, because they don't even have a girlfriend. It is 'off their radar screen', until step 1) They find one, step 2) They start having enough sexual experiences to consider it, in time. Both take serious preparation and a bit of luck and timing, whereas women are just naturally born with the gift.

I know exactly what you're saying! My best friend was with this sleazy guy and he said he just wanted sex for fun, so he was never responsible enough to buy condoms or anything. She took care of herself but she still ended up pregnant and he LEFT HER!! He was like "oh honey i said no babies"....guys need to get effing vasectomies if they don't want kids! Most guys I've talked to tho said it takes away their "manhood"... and I'm just like.. d@mn..u can still jack off a million times a day.

some people just don't want kids,
and i think its a guy thing about getting "fixed", they don't want to have kids but they want to feel adequate and want to be able to please a woman and many are insecure about that already so they don't like the idea
