im 17 years old female an im healthy but my nipples have just become really like painful an i dont know why like if i knock them they really hurt aftwards or if i touch them but i dont understand why please help

Could be hormone related such as if your period is coming. Also, your bra may be part of the reason that the nipples are tender. Sometimes if the bra is too small it can make tenderness worse. What I found helpful for that is to get a larger sized bra.
If it turns out the bra is the problem you can consult a bra fitter to help you find a bra that fits you more comfortably. They go to the major dept stores on a Saturday and the service is free.
I would also recommend talking to your mom as well as your doctor when you have your next check up to see what they say.

have you been wearing a wet bathing suit or got sand in your bra? clothes rubbing against your skin can cause that. or you may be premenopausal.
