you can smoke here in Orlando in bars where 10% or less of profit comes from food sales, or anywhere outside
I dont know if they're planning on making a smoke free city. I really don't care either way.

It's always been smoke free in places like hospitals, most offices or workplaces, etc. but a few years ago they made a law where you cannot smoke within 50 feet of any public building (City Hall, libraries, schools, etc.) It's not too bad. It's the restaurants (also a ban on smoking there) that annoy me. There is nothing like a cigarette after coffee and dessert. I don't like eating out anymore.

Most of the Cities in Texas are smoke free. I wish they would become alcohol and driving free and cell phone and driving free. I am a Paramedic and we have to work with many people who have COPD from smoking (and it's not a pretty sight). But worse is dealing with the accidents caused by Drinking and Driving and Cell Phone use and Driving.

We've been smoke-free for a few years now. And some places you aren't allowed to smoke within 50 feet of the building. It's great, I like it. But sometimes I do feel bad for my hub who has to go outside in the cold to smoke, but I keep urging him to try and quit. (I know it's not easy to do, but people CAN quit smoking)

i think where I live, Westlake Village, CA, is smoke free.
But then again, almost no one smokes here.
And late the other night at the local outdoor mall someone was smoking. So maybe there's a smoking curfew? I'm not sure.

The Nazi's banned smoking, too. I have no problem with cigarettes unless it's in restaurant or a movie. Public courthouses, bars, etc. it's all fine. I just wish that there were more reefers cause they smell sweeter.
