My boyfriend's mom is getting married. My boyfriend is currently deployed and will most likely not make it for the wedding. I am also going to be a bridesmaid. What kind of gift do I want to get her? What kind of price range should I be looking at?

YOU set the price range depending on what you can afford. Do not over spend. A really nice wedding gift is a crystal picture frame, from Mikasa (sold in Outlet centers). Prices range from $15-$100.

ADDITIONAL: I am amazed that some of these people don't realize that a wedding gift is for BOTH, not jewelry for the bride!!!

A pair of earings would be a nice gift if you are close if not a silver/pewter photo frame for the wedding photo, a keepsake like a trinket box, you could offer to pay for her wedding bouquet, the price is up to you, think about what type of person she is and what she would appreciate the most.

Number one, get her something a bit personal. Not too personal, but something nice, like a pin, or broach, and as for a gift? Look at her list, see what she has, what she wants, and pick something she can use. Nice wine glasses are always a good choice, not too pricey, and can be used often. Also, remember, you are getting something from the both of you, so make sure its not cheap, but really classy. Your boyfriend will really appreciate the extra effort you made for his mom.

Gft voucher is always a good one, or ask if she needs anything. I bought one of my female friends a new telephone, because the old one broke. She asked me to get her one as a wedding gift. I would say, since your close to the bride, that spending between $50 - $100 should be fine.

The happy couple is probably registered somewhere. Find out where and get a gift from the registry. You want a gift for the couple, not for your BF's mom.

Well price range, Around $100.00 That is if you get along really well. Get her something personal. That when she see's it. She'll know it came from you and her son.......(That is if it's gonna be from the two of you.)Just something that she likes, but really wouldn't buy for herself.or her hubby.
