Do u know any programm that can edit video clips, like remove the sound, import other sounds, cut out some places from the video.

If you're using Macintosh, there's a really great software that you can use. Final Cut Studio is what you're looking for. Your video clips will be like a professional edited one. But if you're using Microsoft Windows, you can always use Windows Movie Maker. But that program is only for the basic editing like what you want to do and it's really easy to use. Therefore the quality of your video clips won't be that good. Ulead Video Studio 10 is better than the Windows Movie Maker and it provides so many optional editing variety for you to choose. This program can be used by Windows.

Windows Movie Maker in Windows OS.
Good program and easy to use.
But, it only allow certain file to be upload to edit, such as only, .wmv, .mpeg, .mpg, and others. .avi is not able to upload into windows movie maker.
