I am 14 and have a work permit, where can I get a job? I was hoping like a McDonalds crew member.

In Australia you have to be 14 and nine months (and have a permit). Don't know where you are.
Check with the local Maccas. Check with local businesses and government agencies. Ask your school careers adviser, check with local employment agencies etc.
Have fun finding employment and remember to try and save. Open an account (with few admin charges) and good interest rate. LEARN to save now. It is a good skill and the accumulated cash can do much more than little week by week.

I worked at McDonald's about ten years ago, and their minimum age was fifteen. Even then, they only hired two or three, because in Indiana, there's very little fifteen year olds could do. They couldn't pull up fries, brew coffee or work the grill, as you had to be 16 to do that.

Of course, this is in Indiana, and this was ten years ago.
