There's a reason why he has to run an unsponsored car from time to time.

You couldn't ask for worse advertising.

He sure IS getting talked about! I just sent Camping World an email and told them I would never shop there as long as they sponsored a Robby Gordon car.

I'm sure that is EXACTLY the type of press they are looking for LOL

Not on your life. I wouldn't want to turn on the TV and see a driver wearing MY logo:

Intentionally wreck other cars.
Use foul language during an interview.
Throw his helmet at another driver.
Throw a piece of padding out the window to bring on a caution.
Blatantly disregard NASCAR officials' instructions.

I can't deny that the man has driving skills, but he's about as mature as a three-year-old and has an attitude problem to boot. I don't know why any businessman wants THAT image associated with his company or product.

Yes I would.....he gives them something to talk about. I mean, just a couple of examples......people PLEASE don't get mad, these are not my personal feelings!!

Did Dupont pull their sponsorship from Jeff Gordon because he's called "gay" every weekend?
Has Miller Lite pulled out from Penske because Kurt Busch gets booed at every driver introduction?
Is Home Depot looking elsewhere because Tony Stewart has had to take "anger management" classes?

Nope, they're looking at the investment and the fact that their logo gets posted on all sorts of news programs for free. That's the same with Robby, and all of the sponsors are thinking that even if they lose one customer, they might gain 10 in that persons place that now likes that driver.

And in case someone tried to point out that he lost Harrah's as a sponsor earlier this year because of his attitude, I hope everyone remembers that the company was being sold to an individual and he chose to not keep the car while they transitioned owners. There's a chance they'll pick him back up at a later date.

Yes I would. I like his intensity and his take no prisoners attitude. And I, too, send Camping World an e-mail in support of Robby Gordon and his willingness to go to the mat for what he believes is right, which this time I happen to totally agree with. Robby got a raw deal in Montreal. He said so and most of the people who watched the race agree with him. Right is right. The NASCAR ruling was wrong.

I like what Papa Bill & Reesa said.makes a lot of sense.
and what Donna H said, I sure would need a lot of Aspirin for the heaaches..and Robbie can be a real hemmoroid.
But he can drive the day lights out of that car.
And I don't agree with his tactics.

Yes i would. Its free advertising everytime he gets in trouble and everytime his name is mentioned or the car is shown. Honestly i highly doubt camping world cares if they lose you as a customer over a nascar sponsorship. They gain many just by the amount of airtime the car gets with Robby acting as he does.

Yes, he is a great driver/owner of a single car team. You gotta cheer for a guy like Robby because NASCAR never will.

Free Robby.

this sort of talk is the "reverse psychology" that they want.Everyone is talking to the sponsors about him so the sponsors are seeing their money in use.
And of course they could pull from him to give to another team now that they see how many are watching and noting the sponsorship so it is a win-win for the sponsor.

YES I would,if I owned a Aspirin or a Hemorrhoid Company. (let me explain, Robby can drive a car and on a road coarse he can GIT-R-DONE,but at times he can be a REAL PAIN IN THE A**.

No I wouldn't. You don't think this is similar to why Sirius radio pulled from Jimmy Spencer's ride when he punched Busch?

Well I'm not sure. He really never wins, you don't hear much talk about him etc. Plus, he's not that popular to most people. Besides, he's not one of my favorite drivers.
