Theres pros and cons for a dude bringing up dating exclusively. She could appreciate the communication about whats going on, or she could freak out and give me the friends speech. Ive known her for a couple months, weve been alone and done the whole cuddling, making out thing. Thanks.

When I was dating two guys at the same time each asked me to be exclusive and I told each of them I was dating someone else too. I didn't dump either of them but when one insisted I did let him dump me rather than control who I could date. Months later we started dating again after I broke up with the other guy.
It never hurts to ask, sometimes if a girl has a guy she will naturally stop dating others. I have had my current boyfriend 21 years and once I met him never considered dating anyone else.
