When one country at war with another, why not just blast with nuclear?

Most countries at war either dont have nuclear abilities or they dont want to risk the kind of repremands, nukes would come back at them and then everyone would die. As well there are rules in the geneva convention which prohibit the use of chemical, biological a nuclear weapons. And by the way no matter what you feel about the terrorists iraq still has a lot of normal people in it that dont deserve to have a nuclear bomb dropped on them and we are there to help people right haha

You Know we arent allowed to do anything we want .For Example Israel is killing Palestiniansby elligelWeapons but not Nukes. (They have more than 500 nukes).Because the United NAtion (They work for USA) cannot just see people body in the atmospher besides the shuttle. IF they use Nukes they will kill everybody in there and give damages to that place for years. And that the other countries would attack there.

because if one country used a nuclear bomb, such as the atomic, then all that would do is cause others countries to turn on them. and besides its much funner doing it the old fashion way
