We have Blue Cross at work and I don't know his plan, but with ours you can. If you live in the same house you can be covered too. It has to be group insurance where I live though or they list it as pre existing and won't cover it. Ours is group, so they have to.

It depends on the company. The one I work for allowed a woman to put not only her boyfriend but his kids on the group policy. I would say most companies only cover married or domestic partners so I would have him talk to his human resources department to find out what their policy is. If it is a group plan it won't matter that you were pregnant before you were covered because they aren't allowed to ask.

Usually, he has to carry you on his insurance prior to you becoming preggers. But if you are worried about insurance, or lack of it , you can always go to the state.

majority of insurances the ans. is no, have him contact his ins. to be sure but not likely they will cover you unless married

No, not unless you are married......Then you'd have a hard time because you weren't married prior to getting pregnant.....
