How do you break up with a girl that you really don't have feelings for anymore but you think she's IN LOVE with you? I want to break up with her because i don't think she's really my type and since she's my best friend's ex, i think she's just going out with me just to get him jealous. I want to break up with her but just not to hurt her, i'm not gonna say straight of the bat " Your cut!", i'm not that kind of guy. Answers plz and thanks.

tell her that shes too good for you and you dont want to hurt her in the furture so ur just going to do it now and say that theyre penty of other great guys that are better then u in this world

Take her to Dinner first then go alone to a park and sit in the car and talk. You don't want to have this talk in public for her sake. Have plenty of tissues/ go Easy. Tell her you DID love her but YOU have fallen out of love. You are not sure why. Don't allow another woman to be the reason that only hurts worse. Ask her to keep in touch but not to be offended is you can't respond. She is still the greatest person in a long time. Tell her good things about herself But Tell her you need to move on .She will hurt but Time will heal all You may want to have her join you at a coffee house for coffee after you brake up, That is a personal thing. Try to cut all ties with her. Be sure to give her Back all her things that are at your apartment etc. Ask her to return your things as quickly as possible also.

You tell her exactly what you said here and that maybe you arent comfy with being with your best mates ex and you dont feel it is going to go anywhere long term....speak from your heart and it is better off being done asap leaving things leaves false hope....she may take it bad but what is the point of being together if you dont feel the same? I guess it depends on the age and level of maturity as to how she will take it and hey you never know she may not be in love with you if she is doing it to make him jealous it just doesnt make sense

Does she love you or does she depend on you for her self-esteem, value, you make her feel good, etc.? Because if that's the case, then you need to break the news to her easily. Low-self esteem people are delicate. But if she truly loves you, you can break up with her and it'll be okay because u 2 can always be friends. "In love" = infatuation. "Love" is on another level. People who love are usually strong people becuase when loving someone, you have to endure a lot. It's much more valuable and if it was love she was giving you, you wouldnt be so quick to give it up.

wow this is really hard i dont know what to tell you i mean i love my boyfriend to death and if he was to tell me i dont love you anymore i would be so heartbroken but then again you should do it one of the reasons why i tell you this is because its better for you to be honest then to just lie to her and pretend that you love her that hurts a lot more so just be honest and I'm telling you this because i really love my boyfriend and i would prefer the honesty like a million of times well i hope this go's good and one last thing it doesn't matter how hard you try your still going to brake her heart for the simple fact that she loves you.... so it wouldn't hurt for you to say sorry and tell her that if you could love her you would tell her how beautiful she is and how wonderful she is and most important tell her why your braking up with her trust me that is one important thing

Be honest with her, let her know that you don't have the same feelings for her that she has for you. It will hurt her, don't think it wont, but she will recover. It's better to be honest about how you feel instead of living a lie.

Maybe since she digs you so much you should at least stay around long enough to see if it works out. If not, just sit her down and tell her everything that you're feeling.
