I have very sensitive skin, after taking a bath, some parts of the skin on my face turns red like some kind of a mosquito bite but they are not, I think it just irritated. Are there any supplement and vitamins out there I could take that can help.

Im also wondering, Is vitamin e good for this.

Take a quality multivitamin with minerals - a little of one nutrient can help normal skin, why not sensitive skin?
Try a regular formula, or a 'stress' formula if you have that kind of lifestyle, job, or an illness. Give it a month or so - it really does make a difference.

Alcohol. Drink plenty of it. Have you ever seen an alcoholic who didn't have that healthy red glow on their acne-free face? I mean, it only works if you don't abuse any other type of substances, cocaine/crack/speed users who also drink tend to not have such a nice complexion.
But if that doesn't work, the daily ingestion of alcohol may make you care less about the skin problem..........,LOL.
Sorry, I just had to say it. Someone was gonna...,
Sulfur helps quickly. Good luck. Seriously, ask a dermatologist.
