here's the problem with buleamia, it sneaks up on you. you think you're using it as a viable means to control your diet and then all of a sudden you are being sat down by an intervention because you somehow become totally disconnected from reality in terms of how much you *should* weigh compared to how much you do weigh. It becomes more a matter of exertable will than practicality... It also gets worse because you become so obsessed with the ritual that breaking it or stopping terrifies you so you continue even if you can see that it's not healthy because you create phobias that if you stop you'll immediately balloon up to be some horrifically large person that you - and more importantly - and everyone you know will no longer love and cherish. Right now it all seems so very easy because you already have a solid, set routine that pretty much forces you into a breakfast and/or at least a dinner every day as your parents feed you those standard meals. But what happens in three years when you're in college and there is no one to force you to eat. In all honesty you really don't want to head down this path. You'll make your own decisions and you'll find your own way but this is *not* the vice you need.

To a very high degree, you should weigh as much as you feel happy with weighing.
As far as a "healthy weight", that's what most of the other posts are about (calculating your BMI, diet plans, etc).... but most people will say what the "average" is according to different opinions.
As long as you are at a weight where you are healthy, the most important part is that you are HAPPY with your weight... not that you "should be X pounds", but that no matter what you weigh, you are happy with that instead of striving to be a size 2 or something like that
That being said, if you want to lose weight, exercise is a really good (and safe) way to lose weight. In addition to that, I would recommend meeting with a nutritionist or dietitian to see if there is something else that may benefit you more.
And you are so NOT fat... that's a very healthy weight.

I'm the exact same size and feel the exact same way! Crazy us! Do whatever makes you feel good. It's your body, others shouldn't remark on it. Your weight is a healthy BMI for your height, so don't sweat it.
