My hair is naturally curly. But it is now frizzy from trying to straighten it. When I said unperm, I meant that the lady who cuts my hair tried a chemical in it that is the reverse of a perm. after this my hair became frizzy. I have tried John Frieda, Paul Mitchell, Infusium 23, Sunsilk, over night conditioner, and other products. even when I get out of the shower my hair is frizzy. What can I do to help my hair be less frizzy?????

When I asked this question I did not realize that it made it sound like I have/want straight hair...I straightened it like 3 years ago. I was told that if I let it grow out and then cut it some, then the frizz would go away...NOT!!!! I like my hair curly but it is pretty much always frizzy...sorry for the misunderstanding!!!!

Hair flowers, when used during the right times can be even better than some hair jewelry. There are fake flower clips, real flower clips, flowers on headbands, and even the use of natural flowers. Flowers can add a real nice touch to a hairstyles, especially fresh flowers. The two images of Paris here show great use of flowers as hair accessories. A small orange flower pin adds a little tweak to a simple hairstyle while the yellow flower clip in the other image adds an additional touch to an already beautiful wavy hairstyle.
Hair Jewelry
Hair jewelry probably is the most used hair accessories because of the variety of different types of jewels, different styles, and sparkle that comes with using these hair items. Because different colors of jewels go along with different shades, there are choices to be made. For example a light blue or aquamarine will highten blonde hair while bright reds can bring out brunnette hair. In the first image, Paris sports a nice jewel clip that brings a sparkle to a beautiful hairstyle. Because the hair is pinned behind the ears, a jewel accessory in this location is perfect. The second images shows a more low key Paris with a simple hairstyle topped of with a beautiful butterfly jewel clip. Another successful use of hair accessories.
Hair accessories can be a nice addition to both low key and high profile hairstyles as shown by Paris's images. Try using a headscarf or adding a beautiful hair clip to a favorite hairstyle to see if it adds an additional touch to it. The last image of Paris here is just for fun and most women will not wear find too many occasions to wear this hair accessory. It is a Hello Kitty pink and white tiara that creates a very cute look which might be great for the little women out there.

I have very curly hair and I have found that if a use a very little dime size for my whole head of thick hair "spread it thinly in the palm of your hands" of the Pink Oil Moisturizer "light" found at Wal-Mart or Target. It helps. Really though whomever straighted your hair should have used a new way that they have found that works great... I can't remember what it's called but it gives you the same results as a straitening iron... Good luck and I know your pain... :(

try a Wet Seal straightner and straighten a little bit of hair at one time (maybe and inch of hair). Do layers too. Use hairspray and Fruitese conditioner and shampoo used for frizz control. Also leave the conditioner in for about a minute and don't blow dry it dry.

Sounds gross, but there is an old trick about mayo, because it is rich in oils and egg proteins. Use it as a leave-in conditioner.
Unfortunately, if the chemical really damaged your hair, nothing can repair that. You may be looking at a cute little short 'do, so you can start fresh.

the thing is if you went to a salon and a PROFESSIONAL did it... she wouldve told you that you have to do the treatment more than once. not only that but you have to relax your hair.... then go through with straighten it with the chemicals. so go relax your hair. then go through with straighten it.. and do it a day or 2 apart or else you will just completely fry your hair.
good luck!

To be honest I don't know if you can. I'd suggest, since you've tried everything else, maybe perming it back curly. I mean it's going to grow back in curly anyways....

you can try to leave oil in it once a week...try either coconut, olive or grapeseed oil..leave for like an hour i guess since ure hair is really frizzy..see if itll calm it down...if not...go to a professional store..like sallys and ask them...or try a different salon!
