4 parts: Vermont grade a light (fancy) maple syrup
2 parts: orange marmalade

Sweet potato pancakes with clove and orange syrup... just make a simple syrup with sugar, orange juice and water and bring to a boil with about a half tablespoon of whole cloves and some fresh orange zest. Strain before using. Yum!

Krusteze pancake mix and walmarts Great Value Buttered Fake Maple. I tasted real maple and it must be an acquired taste, Cause I don't like it. I'm not too fond of fruit toppings.
