I have been a Christian all my life but some actions within the church made me question my church so now I seek understanding of God and Jesus. I have recently purchased a book on the Kabbalah and have come to an understanding that to there belief God is not just a being, correct me if I'm wrong please, but an entity that is of all things. All things are of God. Now I'm confused about Jesus. He calls himself son of God, which I do believe is true, but if he is the son of God are we not all of God therefor children of God? In this since, do we worship him or just follow his direction? i feel like I'm committing Blasphemy just asking this and I pray to understand. I know people suffer from the Stigmata because of there beliefs in Jesus I myself want to believe in him in such ways I just want more knowledge of the subject so I study all forms of religion to find an answer to all. Please help me find the divine. All relgions are welcome.

If you can get a hold of an expounded dictionary
and encylopedia and encyclopedia Bible dictionary this is what you will find.

Jesus is the only begotten son of GOD, only begotten means first born or to
" beget " means first born of Creation.

So Jesus was GODS first creation first, and only son to begot by GOD.

Jesus name means - " helper of Jah or " Salvation belongs to Jah. Psalms 68:4

Jah, being short for Jehovah Psalms 83:18
Ex 6:3,4,5,6.

Jehovah being the only true GOD and the father of Jesus.

Jesus is the son of GOD and sits at the right hand of GOD as King waiting rule over the earth very soon under GODS KINDOM arrangement.

THere are many titles that Jehovah and Jesus have such as Lord, king, teacher, prince, father and so on. But there is one title that Jesus does not have and that is Almighty GOD. Only Jehovah GOD has that title

Being the King of GODS KINDOM our prayers must go through Jesus first in order for his father to hear them.

It's good to ask any question you want that's how we learn.

Hallelujah - Means - praise Jehovah not Jesus as many people are taught.
You notice the last three letters in Hallelujah? JAh

Halle-------lu----- jah
praise ye Jehovah

Note that you don't praise Jesus in this definition, as GODS SON we do and you should. So Jesus is a God and Jehovah is the creator of all things, therefore makes him the Almighty GOD of the universe.

I will send you some information if you would like that will go deeper in to your study of GOD and of Jesus.
I hope this has been of some help to you.
But we only touched the surface because there's not enough room here to explain everything in detail.
Sincerely yours,
Fred M. Hunter

I can tell you from the islamic point of view that what is the most important thing is the believe in One God, and this means that nothing else should be worshipped besides Him.

Having said that, it is not necessary or even possible to pray to Him through one of His creations because there can only be your direct relation with Him that matters. In Islam we believe that God is the Almight, the Creator of the heavens and the earth, the Merciful and He has many more attributes (99 in total). He is the one with the power, not us. We believe that Jesus (peace be upon him) was a great great prophet and messenger and strived to get the believers back to the straight path. BUT, he was no more of a "son" or "child" than any of us, who believe in God, are. This is probably something to think about for you.
God says that He did not beget, nor was He begotten.

From my experience, the relationship I have with God is one that I would never put something or someone between Him and me, and when you come to understand the importance of pleasing the Almighty you will understand the pure monotheism. It brings many blessings and happiness, and quite frankly is it just so simple this way.

I hope this helped, but good luck to you in your search, don´t be afraid of questioning, it's normal to doubt sometimes, if we did not doubt we would not search deep in our faith and gain all this knowledge...!

Peace to you

The Kabalah is a book that was written more than a 1000 years ago by a Jewish Rabbi. The Jewish people do not believe that Jesus was god or that he was the son of God. The fact that Jesus was Jewish clarifies that Catholicism and Christianity type religions all stemmed out of Judaism. Since Judaism existed before the age of Jesus, the religion states that "There is only 1 god, and that god is all". This is a very powerful statement since it brings your lack of respect for your surroundings and forces you to respect all of your surroundings. The message of the Torah, which is the first document of any religion has stories which speak of why we should respect our surroundings and each other. We are given rules which we should follow in order not to force ourselves into extinction. They are simple and very meaningful words of god. So what happened later... Jesus came to earth and told everyone that he is god and the rest needs not matter because as long as you believe in him, nothing else matters. Now think of how this sounds to a generations of people who have practiced their religion for more then 3000 years. Everybody chooses their path, but I must say that ever since that moment, there has been nothing but blood shed over the fact of who is right. Almost every war has been fought over religion since that time and all good things that we originally learned were then dismissed over power, corruption, and lust.

Jesus was the only BORN son of God, we are His adopted children. God was Jesus, but God is not us, He is only in us, like an adopted child. The adopted child then has the new parents in his personality, but he does not have their inherited traits or DNA.

I'll admit. The church is in a bad state right now, and it's been off and on since Christ was alive. BUT, a relationship with the Lord is not built on the church. It's simply a place to hear the Word and to fellowship, although it has been damaged in part in recent years. Don't give up the hope.

And just like Balaam said. Your questioning of the blasphemy shows you know in your heart what is right. And don't worry, I don't believe it's blasphemy, we all wander and struggle sometimes. And don't feel bad for straying, Christ is always right there ready to embrace you once again.

What is truly a sin is how many people are sometimes turned away from Christianity by the haughtiness, judgementalism, and hypocrisy that SOME Christians exhibit. True Christians remember that the first and highest commandment is to love God and the second highest is to love thy neighbor. It says in the Bible to let God judge his people. We are not to judge eachother, we are only to love eachother. That said, we do not want to fraternize with those who live hedonistic lifestyles, as we may be drawn into such lifestyles as well. Jesus sent his only BEGOTTEN son to become our ultimate sacrificial lamb, so that our sins will be forgiven us, if only we ASK Jesus to forgive our sins and allow him into our hearts, and then do our best to sin no more. We are only human, and God and Jesus know this, they just ask that we pray for their guidance every day, and keep Him in our hearts in all that we do. There is only one true God, which is the three in ONE God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit. Just because Jesus is God's only BEGOTTEN son, does not by any means make Him His only son. We ARE all children of God. Jesus is just the only one who has God's divine D.N.A. Just continue to pray for morre guidance and understanding.

Listen to your heart. There are many paths to the Divine, and each one of us takes a slightly different path, but they all lead to the same ending, the discovery of the Divine within us all. In this the Kabbalah is correct. This is the reason the Jews do not consider Jesus anything more than human, and, possibly, a prophet of God, as do the followers of Mohammed. If you read the earlier versions of the New Testament, including those books that are NOT part of the canonical testament, you will find that Jesus never claimed to be a Son of God (capital letters), but a Son of Man and a son of God as we all are sons and daughters of the Divine. It is only in later years, as the Church grew in strength and power that Jesus became, in the 'newer' New Testaments, something more than human.
As for people suffering from the Stigmata, I believe that they will themselves that affliction, and, for them, it is good and right. I was a Roman Catholic for over 40 years, but I have since split with the Church because of all the 'human errors' that have occurred and are still occurring. You can believe in Jesus and not necessarily believe he was anything more than a divinely inspired teacher and prophet. In the truest sense a "Christian" means simply one who follows the teachings of "The Christ" which is a title and which was given to Jesus long after his death. Study all the religions carefully, including the pre-christian ones, and you will find that at their core, all religions and all spiritually has one goal - to give humans guidelines to become as close to truly Divine as we in mortal flesh can become. Good luck and blessings on your spiritual journey.

Brother read the Quran you will get a better understanding of Jesus (peace be upon him) the son of Virgin Mary.

Ask guidance from God the one and only, Creator and Sustainer.

- As Jesus had said there is only one God and one Savior.
- All the Prophets before him had said 'There is only one God"
- As the 10 commandments say
-- you shall have no other gods before me.(there is only one God)
--You shall not make for yourself an idol, whether in the form of anything that is in heaven above, or that is on the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth

May God Guide you and show you the straight path.

Jesus was fully God - He was call The Son Of God; and was conceived immaculately and born of a woman to become a son of man- fully man at the same time.

However, not once did Jesus exercise His Godly attributes while on earth but lives like any ordinary man with all the natural attributes except that He exercise the Faith He has in God The Father and acts only as a man would. If at any time should Jesus acts or reacts to all the temptations and provocations that Satan throws at Him at every turns and opportunities; whether directly in the wilderness or speaking through human vessels(the religious as well as the secular powers) sold out to him(satan) - In all the bombardment and assault at His Godhood and challenge Jesus to exhibit His Godly qualities - Jesus did not obliged nor responded but only says, "My Kingdom is not of this world, or else my legions of the hosts of angels would have fought for Me" In other places He says, "The son can do nothing except what He see the Father does"

Jesus qualified as the second Man and rrepresent the last Adam of the Adamic race when He gather all of Adam's and his descendant's sins, sicknesses and death upon Himself when He carry them on His own Body and paid the price at the Cross. Once the payment for the judgement of Men's sin and death is complete - God is satisfied and can now justified those who will accept Jesus' Death for their sins and Death on their behalf and no amount of accusation and condemnation from satan and his men can makes any different.
It is God who judged and He has declared us believers free from the death penalty so we are free indeed !

Well if you are a Christian, you will understand the doctrine and you would feel free to worship Jesus. If you were coming from a Muslim standpoint it would not be allowed to worship Jesus as he is not considered God in Islam, but merely a prophet of God. It sounds like you need to research religions. If you are meant to be a true Christian, Christ will lead you back if you go astray.

First of all; God is not of confusion. What is your belief; may I ask? God's word is our road map to the way we Christians are suppose to live. We do not follow man, we are souly under the authority of God. Jesus is the mediator for us, which goes before God for our needs and prayers. Please, do not take offense to what I have to say; please do not read or study everything out there it could be very damaging to you. God will not forsake you or leave you; or that matter mislead you in any way. Seek God with all your heart, soul and mind; start asking God these questions you have posted here on R/S. Read God's word for understanding, knowledge, and wisdom and pray that God reveal what He wants you to know. God bless and hope this has helped!
