He came from across the country and was totally hitting on me and leading me on, and wanted to "play spin the bottle with me", but he had a girlfriend that he'd call everyday. He's also very cocky and thinks every girl is in love with him. How can I get back at him, or bother him? I do believe he's attracted to me, but how can i piss him off?

PISSING A GUY OFF (especially on purpose) is the FIRST, BEST way of making sure he wants NOTHING to do with you.
As long as you are "playing games" like that - other than "SpinTheBottle (what are you, 12??) - is going to get you NOWHERE.
