Is there a cheap and easy way to spy on somebody? Is it true that you could spy on somebody and see everything a person does from your own computer? I heard that there is very hi-tech in spying. Like they can look directly at your eye and take the IP address from your eye like the IP address on the computer. And they go home and see everything you do or say on their computer in 1 or 2 weeks. Does this technology exist? Is there any other technology close to this?

There is a old technology for that and you do not need a computer.
Make him/her your friend........and he/she will tell you everything.

You will have to wait quite long before someone starts thinking of such designs. That's way, way beyond current technologies and almost bordering on impossibility.
The closest to what you said is to plant an audio-video capture and transmit device on the subject and attempt to catch the transmissions. Even that too is hi-tech, and nothing of that sort is known to exist.

They can't get your IP address from your eye.
It isn't in there.
There are ways of spying on your computer, but that isn't one of them.
