Absolutely! My motto is if it makes me laugh it was worth it. Who doesn't laugh at a kid or grandma falling. Gravity shows no favortism.

No, its actually very insulting and meanspirited. First thing you do is offer to help them up and ask them if they are OK. My brother had epilepsy....once he was having a seizure while we were playing football in the backyard. One of the teen kids didnt know he had epilepsy and he kept pointing and laughing at my brother. This clown finally put it together that it was a seizure and not my brother acting. He felt very embarrased and that idiot must have apologized to me about 199 times that day. Anyway, after they get up, and they are ok, then you laugh at them. But not a minute sooner. They may be having a seizure and it isnt funny.

When I was on crutches I went over a slippery man hole cover and my crutches went out from under me. My nephew laughed and laughed. It was okay with me cuz I admit it must have looked funny and I have a sense of humor.

How would you feel if you fell down and someone laughed at you? I'm willing to bet you wouldn't like it, and nor does anyone else.

Find out if they're okay first.
If you know them.. Laugh histerically and publicly declare the situation.

If you don't know them I'm sure you'd get some nasty reply.. such as a harsh beating :)

Not good manners but sometimes unavoidable, my school principal did a quick trip up onto stage that was just hilarious and I could not stop laughing, it was so funny I was nearly crying.(He was not hurt)

It depends, if its one of your friends and they look goofy and aren't seriously hurt, than i belive its ok. I usually laugh at myself when i hurt myself. If its someone you don't know, than its not ok and you should help them.
