I need to find out how make my waist smaller FAST, and in two weeks. I'm 90 pounds, and I'm 5"1. My waist is 25 inches and I do have a gut that I HAVE to suck in.

So does anyone have any tips? Two weeks. TWO WEEKS. :(

a 25 inch waist is really small.
that's only 2 inches more than victoria beckham, and she's been going scaryskinny lately.
and you're 90 pounds. Ok. how old are you? the "gut" may be something called baby fat. or it's just a buncha bloating from sodium.
so cut back on the sodium.
but don't lose any more weight. then you'll be really unhealthy skinny.

Eat plenty of fruits and greens, and entire grains. Do pilates - they give a boost to your core immensely. A weight loss plan slash in fats will help to scale down total physique fats, which from what you said seems to be collecting to your stomach. Combine this with cardio, and devour customary small foods. It'll depart your belly feeling flatter and slim down your waist with time.

hey
ok it is tottally possible
what you do is lots of sits up etc
also ONLY eat when you are hungry
drink lots and lots and lots of water
but dont ever not eat when yoru hungry because then your body will go into starvation mode and wont burn fat
and walk for 30 min to an hour everyday
the fat will just start melting off
oh the best thing though is pilates!!
it works wonder
rent a mvie
or if you hav ethe money go to a coupld classes
youw ill see a difference instantly

Well your numbers look good, but a way to maybe achieve this would be to drop water weight temporarily as wrestlers do. Do a search on this topic....otherwise than that, watch your carbs, keep them low and jack up your protein...

two weeks is a pretty short time to really slim your waist in a healthy way. crunches (half sit-ups) work really well. go till it hurtz and then a little longer. but two weeks mite not be enough time.
