God(s) both "created" AND "made" things.
Things God "made" are God seen as "good"(only).
Which things are an "allegory" & "mystery" to solve.
Created: is the natural part of natural/spiritual
Made: is the spiritual part of natural/spiritual
Let us "make" man also has two options:
- "in our image": is mirrorly the reverse = law
- "after our likeness": after of before/after = grace
So two things "made" when man of babe/child/man:
- made one proselyte: twofold: more the child of hell: law
- made perfect: thereby author of eternal salvation: grace
The God of all grace make you perfect ... settled.
The GRACE of our Lord Jesus Christ with you all. Amen.

When God finished creating, He said that it was good. When Adam and Eve sinned , all of creation became separated from God. Through the shed blood of Jesus, we have become reconciled with God, but creation is still separated. Its purpose is to bring glory to God just as that is our purpose. OUr primary purpose is to praise God--if we don't then the rocks will cry out--all of creation is moaning-waiting for Christ's return. So no its primary purpose has not been realized. I am assuming that you will know how to find the scripture references..... I was in Genesis and Romans.

Possibly, in the huge huge grand scheme of things, we are an eternal example of the consequences of sin. Sin will forever be erased, and our tiny speck of rebellion in the infinity of time, will have forever protected the universe from the same mistake. God allowed sin to enter the universe, so that His government will never again be in question. If you don't understand the great controversy between God and Satan, this might not make sense. What I am trying to say is that beyond being created to praise God, and simply be His friend, our existence serves an eternal purpose in eradicating sin forever.

perceive: to become aware of through the sences. 2. to observe; detect. 3. to achieve understanding of. ..... if it were me , I'd say its more like smelling a flower , it's more of an experience than anything else. sure you've got to get near it but , if you interfear you could damage it's abuility to produce fregrence, in the future , pluck it and it dies touch it and it crumbles , in the case of the morning glory ,that is .. but thats how I'de go with it....

I dont think god perceives us because we personify god as if he were human but God is not human, God is a force, god is already realized because god is a perfect state.
