Wash it wish St.Ives for Blemish/oily prone skin(walmart for $3.77) then pat dry your face then apply Clean&Clear Invisable blemish treatment onto your zit(maybe like$5, I kinda forget) Do this at night and wash your face only once a day with St.Ives after a week cause it dried out my skin(1st week or 2 should be fine, use normal dove soap with 1/4 mousture in the morning)

Good Facial
half a cup of oatmeal
2 tbsp of honey
1 tbsp of baking soda
1 tbsp of milk
stire
add lemon juice until it is a sticky paste, also add more honey if it is to watery. Takes time to get it right.

Enjoy your good and healthy skin! :>

I've had something like that before. If it's under the skin, wait a few days. It should rise to the surface and be like a normal pimple. Then, you can pop it or use whatever products you have on it.
... but I wouldn't recommend using a needle.

Those deeply embedded zits are stubborn, and actually look like scars. Don't try to remove it yourself. Go to a dermatologist. And please, don't even kid about piercing it with a needle. You'll wind up with a permanent scar for sure.
