of course 2GB card.
GB stands for giga byte and mb stands for mega byte.
So one 1gb is roughly equal to 1000 mb.
to be exact, 1GB = 1024 MB.
Your 2GB card will show about 1.9xGB it is because a few megabytes are taken up by system format informations.
forget about the 16Mb card. You can just ignore it.

the gb (its a gigabyte) i say bu the one with the most gbs you can afford and you wont regret it because you'll be about to hold a lot of stuff and the 16 megabyte can only hols like 5 or 8 songs while only 2 megabyte can hold i think over 1000 photos (well mine can)

If there are vacant slots for particular quantities of memory then which potential the motherboard is designed to function on the envisioned velocity of the blended volume of memory. for instance, in case you have 4 vacant slots and that they have been designed for the two 512MB or 1GB each and each slot. which potential, the motherboard is envisioned to function at 2048MB or 4GB tops that's the cut back. considering the fact that 2GB is extra beneficial than sufficient of RAM then you definately could discard the two 512MB memory sticks. reckoning on you working equipment (no remember if it is Vista or XP), 2GB is already previous the golden objective which became 512MB. no remember how plenty multi-tasking you do and how plenty 3-D effects your laptop performs, i'm particular that memory intake would not exceed 1GB yet. and that's each and every thing from multi-tasking to 3-D effects. the the rest 1GB isn't something.

You have to be kidding. Are you smarter than a fifth grader?
Do the math. ONE gig is (roughly - not an even # as the way the power of 2's works) ONE THOUSAND MEGS. 16 megs won't hardly even hold a high def. jpg photo, much less a RAW file.

The 2 GB will hold more. When you change the settings on the resolution, you will be able to store more or less depending on what you change the resolution to.
