I don't think their is a time limit. When a person can no longer function normally and shows symptoms of psychotic behavior, I would think that would be a good indication of a nervous breakdown.

In the country of Northern Wisconsin where I grew up, about 98 percent of the young people acted just like they do, but it's only because they're famous that the media acts like it's only them and no one else acts stupid. Racing cars drunk and acting like wild animals was a common occurrance. We have very little freedom to act this way today without going to jail.

They just use those words to justify their stupidity.
