Absolutely.

"It is clear that the nations of the world now can only rise and fall together. It is not a question of one nation winning at the expense of another. We must all help one another or all perish together. "

Peace does NOT = stagnation, as someone said. It means accepting differences, change, growth and competition without conflict. It doesn't mean a lack of challenge, but a willingness to meet a challenge and learn what it has to teach you. Peace is letting go of the past, accepting the present, and looking forward to the future. And I wish that for all the world with all my heart.

That would be the most ideal way of living for all people. The question is whether the leaders and the governments they represent sincerely want peace and would they give up their exorbitant profits to establish it ?

Yeah peace would be great, but as much as we try to obtain it we never will. As long as human beings are alive on this planet then there will never be peace. Hate is just one of our emotions. I can't even have peace at my own house!

yeah. i mean with the war going on and global warming this planet is a mess. with the war going, soldiers are leaving their families and dying on the streets of iraq. and with global warming, parts of the world are being destroyed with tornados and hurricanes and earth quakes and even tsunamis!! take louisiana and brooklyn for example.
louisiana got destroyed by a hurricane and brooklyn got destroyed by a tornado and tornados are rare in new york! so yeah i wish there is peace.

Yes, I do but, that will never happen until we are in the presence of God! On earth, man will always war for some reason or, another.

It is sad but, if you think about it globally, there's always a war. There's always someone in pain, seeking peace but, it cannot be found.
