ok there is this guy i think likes me. my friend says he flirts with me all the time. and he does. he is a junior and im a freshman. ive known him for 5 years. near the beginning of the month we started to become closer. i never talked to him those 5 years. but then to this swimeet i had (im on the swimteam and so is he he is also a lifeguard and that is how i know him) and we invited a friend and then my crushes cousin asked her out. so this gave me and my crush something to talk about. we always went to different schools and we still do. he is starting school tomorrow and i start friday. he has a myspace and i just got one. within the next few days im gonna update it and stuff. then im goin to invite him to be my friend, because i want us to stay in touch. do u think he'll like this ? i cant wait till next summer to talk to him. i cant stop thinkin about him. what should i do ?

Realize in situations like this, you have some learning to do. I can't explain it all to you, because quite frankly its better to learn about love from our mistakes, then to have someone tell us about it. I mean I can go off about how your not ready for relationships because your not even able to conva how much or to what extent you think about this, to HIM! I could also talk about how being "nice" and a "good" guy doesn't gaurentte a good relationship. I could also talk more about how your actually avoiding a friendship with this guy because your still to hung up on how much you care about him. But alas those are things you'll hopfully learn on your own. The only good advice I or anyone else can give you that you might take to heart is the simple "JUST TALK TO HIM!" one but then again that is your catch-22. You don't know if he cares enough to return your love and since your doing everything but asking him becasue your afriad of rejection, this could go on and on, and on, until ONE of you is actually honest about the way they feel.....
