Why do you dismiss other religions beside your own?

I just can't believe in any religions... they all just seem fake to me... So I chose atheism...

Sorry... obviously I should include more... I am interested in the knowledge of other religions and I meant to ask why is it you believe in your religion and not a different one?

I can't believe you all are getting mad at me... I didn't mean to cause I fight!

I was an agnostic for most of my life and never went to church. My family never raised me to be religious but I always figured that there probably was a God since I knew that it was illogical for anything to exist in this universe since something can't come from nothing and saying that it has always been here is like saying "Gee, I don't know how everything got here. I guess it's just always been here. I don't know".

Anyhow, God worked circumstances around in my life to where I ended up at a church one day heard the gospel message and answered the call of Christ on my life. Since then I've investigated other religions and the Bible and my faith is now built on factual investigation, not just trust or the gift of faith that God gave me on that day.

You have to choose what you believe in you say its hard to believe in any religion,however you made a choice did you not you did make a choice atheism you see even the athiest believe in GOD if not what are they fightlng.? thats where free will come in ,and you suffer the concsiquence of your choice and with every choice you make there is a reaction be it good or bad. oh! by the way atheism is a religion christianty is a personal relation with christ

That is your choice. Who cares if you do not like to follow the right path . You have selected to the dark side of the road to go yet it is a wrong path, ok go ahead. You will soon repent and call for assistance from God.

If they religions seem fake to you, it is not the religion that will only bring you to go near God,as long as you have faith in God.

Your atheism seems just as fake to me as my religion seems to you. I don't dismiss yours, I just feel sorry for you that you don't want to know the peace that comes from being a child of the king!!

Well, you assume that I dismiss other religions, why? In fact I believe that Christianity, Islam, the Jewish faith, and many other religions are closely related and have much more in common then what divides them.

Because I only believe in my religion need to acknowledge or follow anyone elses beliefs because I don't share them. This is not to say that I ridicule or in any way disrespect people that feel differently than I do.

I don't dismiss other religions, I pray for their Salvation in Jesus Christ.

I chose Jesus.... if we accept everything then we dont believe in any of them and if we accept one that means we are true to what we believe because we have made a decision of our belief. You can pick what you want, but God has already made Himself known and you cant you didnt know because you did when you are in judgement... Those who deny Jesus will be denied by Him also. On earth, you can pick what you want....you wont be able to change your mind after you die though. ONE life, ONE soul, ONE Savior.
