Philippians 2:5 Have this mind among yourselves, which is yours in Christ Jesus, 6 who, though he was in the form of God, did not count equality with God a thing to be grasped, 7 but made himself nothing, taking the form of a servant, being born in the likeness of men. 8 And being found in human form, he humbled himself by becoming obedient to the point of death, even death on a cross. 9 Therefore God has highly exalted him and bestowed on him the name that is above every name, 10 so that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, 11 and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

although this isn't about Christ, this is one of my favorites:
"And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love."
1 Corinthians 13:13
another favorite is a well-known verse, its John 3:16:
"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life"
and the whole psalm 23
i also like Matthew 5: 3~11
and i like Revelation 22: 12~16, it really comforts my soul

The one where the Apostle Paul says that we are more than conquerors through Christ that loved us (Romans 8:37). This means that He has done all of the work and we enjoy the benefits of His work by trusting in Him and Him alone for our salvation. This is the transferred righteousness of God being credited to our accounts. Wouldn't you feel great if your mortgage company or credit card company told you that you no longer owed them anything because your debt was paid. That is what Christ did for us who trust in Him. He conquered sin, death, and the grave. Now, because of His victory, we will all experience this victory because He has conquered.

1 Peter 4:1 Forasmuch then, as Christ has suffered for us in the flesh, arm yourselves likewise with the same mind.
This reminds me of His purchase of me, and that I am no better than my master, and WILL suffer persecution! It allows me to know that persecution is a requirement, and helps to keep my heart steady and strong in this spiritual warfare, until I'm safely home.

I serenade my wife all the time with Song of Solomon. Any chapter and verse would win any woman over, again and again.
Let him kiss me with the kisses of his mouth: for thy love is better than wine. Song of Solomon 1:2

Jesus said, "Whoever does not hate his father and his mother
cannot become a disciple to Me. And whoever does not hate his
brothers and sisters and take up his cross in My way will not be
