ive spent atleast $200 on music from itunes store! the rest of the music is from cds, but its still a hassle to put them on there! if i wouldve known that they would delete all my hard earned music i would have delt with the virus i had.

Check the iTunes store, they may be able to restore your purchased music. Do you have your collection on an iPod? you might be able to copy the files from your iPod to your HD.

You can't get your music back. iTunes will give you a list, but you paid for one download only. Always back up all music to a CD. Sorry

Can't you just reinstall it and login to download the stuff again?

I don't use Itunes, but if it isn't that simple, then contact them and ask what to do. You'll be able to prove you spent the money on credit card, paypal, whatever.

goto my documents>my music>itunes>itunes music

all ur music should be there. reinstall itunes and import ur music. if they did reinstall windows they should of backed up all ur data b4 they did it. if they did not u cannot get the music u bought 4 free.
