the replies above probably address your real question, but since you are posting to the 'engineering' area, i will give you this answer just in case... a 'rubber duck' is slang term in the U.S. used by RF engineers and licensed radio operators to refer to a flexible omni-antenna constructed of a thin wire surrounded by molded rubber body. it's function is to radiate a modulated carrier. ((( sorry for all that, but it's true.)))
