My mac has a combo drive instead of a Superdrive, but my pc has a super drive. BUT MACS ARE SO MUCH EASIER TO WORK WITH
please help...

I don't think you can use the PC's superdrive. The only solution I can come up with is to borrow a DVD burner and hook it up to your MAC. Unless you can figure out a way to connect just the superdrive in your PC as an external DVD burner for the MAC.
You should have bought the superdrive! When iDvd compiles the Video it automatically burns it to a DVD.

Did you use iMovie to make the project, if so you can save the movie back to your DV camera and hook the camera up to a DVD recorder. I bought a Lite On VCR/DVD recorder combo. It's great for converting any VHS tape to a DVD.

If you have the latest IMovie HD software, you can choose "File", "Share" and save your movie in a variety of formats that Windows can play.

Copy the saved file to your Windows computer and burn to disc there. Should work.

no u cannot. no windows program will read a idvd project file.
