I'm not like that with whiskey, but I am gaurenteed to get sick (no matter how much I drank) if I have something with Jagermeister in it, and the only thing I'm throwing up is the Jager. My husband immediately gets sick if he shoots tequilla (and all he throws up is the tequilla usually).
I believe the body does it from past experiences. You know how your body develops antibodies to protect you form infections/bacteria? I believe it can do that to certain drinks. Say you had too much Jager one night and was sick for the entire next day or two, well next time you go to have Jager you bodies going to try and protect you from it and immediately make you throw it up... thats just my theory, but I'm sure it can be backed up by other people who get immediately sick after drinking one certain kind of liquor.

You're bloated. It's impossible to show this early because for one, your baby is the size of a poppy seed and 2 your uterus is still below your pelvic bone so you don't show until about 11-13 weeks. Plus if you are 4 weeks pregnant, it means you actually conceived 2 weeks ago. That's just how it works. The doc counts from your last menstrual cycle, but you don't actually ovulate and conceive until 2 weeks before your period. For now you're just bloated. Best of luck!!!

Not everyone will throw up after whiskey, but your sister may be allergic to this type of booze and that is the reaction that she gets when she drinks it. i would stay away from this and who knows what else would do the same thing.

One at a time. Some times only one always with a chaser, beer or soda something to help get it down. Then again it depends on the whiskey.

I've never had any side effects from drinking it.
I drank it on and off for around 25years.
Either straight, on the rocks, or with a shot of Stones.
Then one day a pusser (Navy person) got me started on RUM.
Your sister probably drank it too quickly, its a drink to be sipped over a long period. (one shot should be drank over about and hour.

It's very possible she's allergic to something in it. Could be barley, hops or just the combination of all the ingredients. It also could be her stomach didn't like all the sugar, whiskey has a very high sugar content.

I don't drink it straight up, too nasty.
I drink with a bunch of dr. pepper or coca-cola.
