I like a outgoing girl
Athletic is good
A little makeup is a good look for any girl (to much makeup could make you look like a racoon)
But honestly it all depends on the girl and her personality for me.

the easy (and confusing) answer is yes --- there are guys that like either or both --- the real answer is that guys in general like a lady for who they are --- the ones that concentrate on the exterior only are usually too shallow to keep the ladies interest for long --- best wishes
