hope the toast was whole wheat and cheese was skim, rice - brown or wild?...
more of everything - protein, healthy fats, fruit and veggies.
If you are trying to lose weight and this is all you had in a whole day - good luck!!!... because you are gona need that...

Living healthy means drinking 8 glasses of water daily, Eating sensible meals (lean meats,, veges, fruits, starches), Sleeping 8-9 hours daily, exercising 3 time a week doing weight training and cardio

that is not enough calories. though i do agree with drinking green tea. u should eat more(and about 5 meals a day) where are the fruits and veggies? what u ate was good just eat more.

It sounds like you need to have some fruit with breakfast.
You might want to add a snack in between meals so you do not binge at meals. if you are trying to be healthy you need to eat me. If you eat like this everyday you will ruin your metabolism.
