i work somewhere thats accusing me of stealing $450, which is really discounts on items that were legit. he took it out of my pay check which isn't legal, so i told him to fix it and he said he'd press charges for stealing instead.

I'm in the right with that matter as far as i know, but i don't wanna somehow chance getting a felony marked down for me.

The amount would be a felony but doesn't mean you committed a theft until it is proven either way. I would seek the advice of an attorney.
Just make sure the attorney has all the details since I am only familiar with what would be employee discounts and that s usually done at a register.

My guess is, there will be no charges but you may end up out of a job if the company insists you stole..Maybe it can be discussed internally with all involved and go no further.

Talk to a lawyer. Don't give up because if you know that your innocent. You has the burden of proving you guilty.
